2023/2024 Fall Women's Program Assessments -CLOSED
2024/2025 COMING FALL 2024

The Tri City Eagles will be holding assessments for the upcoming 2023-2024 season. The club is looking to enter one team in each Division 1 through 6, but this will depend on numbers. The season runs from September to March with one practice and one game per week.

ASSESSMENT DATES:

*   Division 4 - 6:   Tuesday, June 20th        6:30pm - 8:30pm        Cunnings Field
*   Division 1 - 3:    Wednesday, June 21st    6:30pm - 8:30pm        Cunnings Field

All players who wish to play in Division 1 to 5 are REQUIRED to attend assessments. Players must be 14 years old or born in 2009 to be eligible to play.

Please register for assessments using the following link and indicate the division you wish to be assessed for. You must register by FRIDAY, JUNE 16.

If you are unable to attend the assessment for your division but are interested in playing you must still register so we know you want to play. Please also email Jen Tyacke at: tceaglesfall@gmail.com indicating you are unable to attend tryouts or if you have any questions.

Please familiarize yourself with the following club polices and processes:

Club Policies:
1. All players who wish to play in Divisions 1 to 5 must attend assessments;
2. Please attend the date appropriate to the division you wish to be assessed for, including goalies (there will be NO separate goalie sessions);
3. It is optional for players wishing to play in Division 6 to attend assessments;
4. Pre-registration is required to attend assessments;
5. There is no cost to attend assessments;
6. Assessments will be (2) hours long consisting of 3 x 15-minute skill stations, followed by half field games;
7. The club is hoping to have 5 or 6 teams for the 2023-24 season, a determination will not be made until we know how many players are attending assessments;
8. We plan to place a team in each division, if possible; however, this is subject to change pending player turnout;
9. All teams will consist of a mixture of ages.

Timeline and Process:
1. Coaches will select teams in early July;
2. Players will be sent an email indicating which team they have been placed on, along with a link for registration;
3. The registration cost will be approximately $300 for the season (not including a uniform, see below);
4. If you do not register by the closing date (July 31st) your spot on that team will be filled by another player. Details will be outlined in the invitation to register email.
5. All players must have a current FHBC membership to play ($80 for the year);
6. Practices start the first week of September.
7. By registering to play you are making a commitment to that team for the entire season and are expected to be at weekly practices and games. If you cannot make a practice or game you MUST advise your coach in advance.

Uniforms:
1. Uniforms are the same as last season, you will be provided with a new pair of socks included in your registration fee;
2. If you already have a uniform, you do not need to purchase a new uniform;
3. Uniforms cost $80 and can be purchased at the time of registration;
4. All players must wear club issued jersey, skirt and socks for all games.
5. Only black compression wear is permitted once the weather gets cold.
