Hello players and Parents,
As of today, we have sent out emails to ALL players asking whether you want a CREDIT or REFUND for your 2020 Junior Registration fees. +** Thank you to everyone who has replied.**+ If you have NOT received this email AND have checked your Junk/spam folder, please let us know ASAP at email@example.com. If you have sent us your preference, you do not need to reply again. Please see below for additional information regarding CREDIT or REFUND
Your options are:
Option A – Request a CREDIT for next year’s (2021) Fees. This way you avoid the Administrative Fee and are guaranteed placement on your requested team. When registering for 2021 you will simply need to click on the 2020 credit box and you’re done. If you opt for the 2020 credit but change your mind before the next season, you can still request a refund up to Feb. 1 ,2021, subject to a $25 administrative fee.
Option B – Request a REFUND for the 2020 season. Please note: Any requests for refunds for this season are subject to a $25 administrative fee as per Club policy. Refunds will be processed either to the credit card used or by cheque if paid by electronic transfer or cheque.
Please note: FHBC fees were a separate payment but FHBC has also offered a refund or credit on next year’s fees. Please make your request for refund directly to them at firstname.lastname@example.org. If they do not hear from you, your fee will be credited towards next year’s fees. Also note: players who paid their fees last fall and played in Fall Women’s are not eligible for refund.
