Online registration for the upcoming Senior Fall 2011-2012 season is NOW CLOSED.

As there are limited spaces in this popular Club program, there have been changes to the policy and procedures which is outlined in the attachment.  It is the responsibility of all participants to familiarize themselves with the policies and procedures in this document prior to registering. Early registration is highly recommended as priority registration is in effect.

1)  Renew or Register with FHBC first;

2)  Renew or Register with the Tri-City Eagles Field Hockey Club next;

3)  Mail in your Waiver & Uniform Deposit Cheque to the Registrar at 1403 Brisbane Avenue, Coquitlam, V3J 7X3 to complete your registration.  Uniform Deposit Cheque should be post-dated to April 1, 2012. $60 for jersey & skirt; $40 for jersey only; $20 for skirt only.
