About the Eagles
The Tri-City Eagles Field Hockey Club came into existance during the 2001 Spring Greater Vancouver Junior Field Hockey League Season. The driving forces behind the creation of the program was a group of dedicated parents and coaches who, with great assistance from the City of Coquitlam and their GENDER EQUITY PROGRAM, brought the program to life. The program has continued to grow each year reflective of the need for an alternative sport beyond the previous offerings for girls. The Tri-City Eagles Field Hockey Club proudly supports approximately 500 field hockey players in total in all the combined programs - Mini, Juniors, and Women's.
