Registration

Registration for the 2012 Spring season is NOW OPEN!  Program costs are as follows:

 Early Bird Pricing in effect :

  • Junior Program (U11-U18) - $125 until Friday, Feb 3rd
  • Mini (U10) and Mite (U8) Programs - $100 until Friday, Feb 17th

After Early Bird dates:

  • Junior Program (U11-U18) - $135
  • Mini (U10) and Mite (U8) Programs - $110

Players in both the Junior and Mini/Mite programs must provide their own footwear, shin pads, mouthguards and field hockey stick. The Club will have sticks available for purchase.

All players must first register to become a member of Field Hockey BC (and Field Hockey Canada). Your FHBC membership # will be required PRIOR to your registration with the TRI-CITY EAGLES FIELD HOCKEY CLUB. Online registration with FHBC is available through the FHBC REGISTRATION system.

REGISTRATION REFUND POLICY

No refunds will be issued without WRITTEN application including name, mailing address, age level and team name.  Applications for refund must be reviewed and approved by the Board of Directors of the Club.

  • Refund requests prior to the start of the season are subject to a $25 administration fee.
  • Refund requests between the start of the season and May 1st deadline, will receive 50% of paid registration.

No refunds will be issued after May 1, 2012.

Note: FHBC membership fee is administered through their office and is separate and non-refundable.

Once you have your FHBC membership #, REGISTER ONLINE through the TRI-CITY EAGLES REGISTRATION system.

The WAIVER (attached) and UNIFORM DEPOSIT (post-dated for June 1, 2012) must be mailed in to the Registrar at P.O. Box 64509, 1918 Como Lake Ave, Coquitlam, V3J 3R0 for full registration to be complete.  Note - NO uniform deposit is required for the Mini or Mite Programs.
